dc.description.abstractIn today's era of globalization, human resource management is crucial for a company. It is crucial for a company to implement an effective employee management approach so they can maximize their potential. To create a competitive advantage, a company can increase employee productivity. Productive employees are able to complete tasks efficiently and achieve good performance results. Based on the problems presented, the researcher focused on two issues: first, how can human resource management be implemented to improve employee work productivity? What are the inhibiting and supporting factors of human resource management in increasing employee productivity? The method used is qualitative research, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of human resource management at Asembagoes Sugar Factory in Asembagus District, Situbondo Regency, to increase employee productivity through recruitment, employee training, and providing increased compensation, is in accordance with Islamic concepts such as: 1) Siddiq, 2) Amanah, 3) Tabligh, 4) Fathonah. Inhibiting factors at Asembagoes Sugar Factory include technical and operational issues, limited skilled human resources, and environmental and social issues. Supporting factors include improved employee skills and high production capacity.en_US
