    Abstract
    In the world of business, Sharia business management strategies are highly needed by entrepreneurs. The focus of this thesis research is on how the implementation of Sharia business management strategies can contribute to increasing the sales volume at Alfa Barokah Store in Sapudi, Gayam District, Sumenep Regency, as well as identifying the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing these strategies to improve sales volume at the store. The method used in this study is field research, which can also be described as a comprehensive approach within qualitative research methods. The data collected in this study includes both primary and secondary data. The techniques used for data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed and concluded to understand the application of Sharia business management strategies in increasing the sales volume at Alfa Barokah Store in Sapudi, Gayam District, Sumenep Regency. The results of the study show that the implementation of Sharia business management strategies at Alfa Barokah Store has been carried out quite well. The store avoids riba (usury) in transactions, maintains honesty in pricing and product quality, refrains from selling damaged goods, and applies the principles of planning, actuating, and controlling. In addition, five key strategies are implemented: Tauhid (monotheism), Worldly and Hereafter Orientation, Motivation for Earning Allah’s Pleasure (Mardhatillah), Worship in Work (Ubudiyah), and Ihsaniyah Awareness. These strategies have proven effective in increasing the store's sales volume. The supporting factors for the implementation of Sharia business management strategies in efforts to boost sales volume include Islamic principles and values, competent human resources, and market awareness and demand. The inhibiting factor is the lack of understanding and education regarding Sharia business management principles.
