    Abstract
    Every individual naturally desires to do good work and make significant contributions to their company. This includes encouraging someone to act in a certain way. In this regard, the role and responsibilities of leaders are crucial because their attitudes, policies, and actions significantly influence employee motivation. This can increase employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall performance. Therefore, the role of leadership in motivating employees indirectly influences employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and explain the influence of work motivation and Islamic leadership style on employee performance at PG. Assembagoes Situbondo. The type of research used is quantitative research, with two independent variables consisting of work motivation (X1) and Islamic leadership style (X2) and the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The subjects of this study were employees at PG. Assembagoes Situbondo. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive sampling technique and the number of samples was 89 people obtained from the Slovin formula. Data collection used a questionnaire while the analysis used was the Correlation Coefficient (R), Determination Coefficient, Multiple Regression Model, T Test and F Test. The results of the study showed that work motivation did not have a significant effect on improving employee performance as shown by the results of partial testing that the t count value was 0.010 < t table 1.662 or the sig t value was 0.992> 0.05, so Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. Islamic leadership style does not significantly influence in improving employee performance as shown from the partial test results that the t count value is -1.604 < t table 1.662 or the sig t value is 0.112 > 0.05, then Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. And the significant results for the influence of work motivation and Islamic leadership style on employee performance are 0.279 > 0.05 and F count 1.298 < F table 3.16. This means that there is no significant influence simultaneously between work motivation and Islamic leadership style on employee performance at PG. Assembagoes Situbondo.
