    Abstract
    Business (AMDK) has experienced very significant development and has become an attraction for business people. In addition to its optimal profits, this business is one that is easy to run. Including the bottled water business that is currently experiencing development is the bottled water business of PT. Sidogiri utama. PT. Sidogiri Utama is a subsidiary of Kopontren Sidogiri which produces bottled drinking water under the santri brand. Each company certainly has a different way of advancing its business. Business model canvas is a method used by PT. The distribution of Surabaya santri water in targeting its marketing in the market share with a sales target of 142,000 items/month, this achievement illustrates the success of PT. Air Santri Surabaya Distribution in carrying out its business mission. The focus of the research taken by the researcher is as follows: a. How to apply the business model canvas method at PT. Water distribution of Surabaya students in developing bottled water business units b. What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the application of the canvas model business method at PT. Surabaya Santri Water Distribution in developing bottled water business units. The method used in the current research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews, documentation. The conclusion of the BMC implementation research is able to help companies in designing a strategy for developing bottled water business units in a more structured manner and focusing on customer needs. Where BMC consists of 9 blocks namely: value proposition, customer segment, distribution channel, cost structure, revenue source, partnership, main activity, main resource, relationship with customers
